Visit Berryessa Gap Vineyards at our tasting room in Downtown Winters to experience an exciting night of street-side dining while Winters local, Chris Rose, cooks up his delicious recipe of paella-style jambalaya with his famous secret ingredient, “Cajun Holy Trinity.” The event begins at 6:30 pm, and you are welcome to simply enjoy the jambalaya or enjoy a glass of wine too!
Berryessa Gap will also be releasing their 2018 Zinfandel on this night, so make sure to reserve your tickets soon (selling up to 60 tickets) via phone (530.795.3201) or walk-in purchase. Tickets for jambalaya are $15, while jambalaya plus wine is $20. The wine options will be 2018 Zinfandel or a glass of Alegria Sangria.
